• Prepare and cook menu items for restaurants, room service, and/or banquets
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen
• Ensure food safety and sanitation compliance
• Assist with inventory, stocking, and prep work
• Work closely with the Executive Chef/Sous Chef and kitchen team
Requirement/Qualifications:
• Experience as a Cook or Line Cook (hotel/resort experience is a plus)
• Knowledge of basic cooking techniques, food safety, and sanitation
• Able to work in a fast-paced kitchen
• Can follow recipes and instructions
• Strong teamwork, reliability, and time-management
• Flexible schedule (weekends & holidays)
• Food Handler/ServSafe certification is a plus
